Fin octobre, les décisions de nos gouvernants ont mis un coup d'arrêt à toutes les activités culturelles et donc au festival Pink Screens que vous attendiez tou.te.s!
Nous voir privé.e.s de ce moment solidaire nous a touché.e.s plus qu’on ne le pensait - mais loin de nous laisser abattre, nous repartons de plus belle!
Les salles ne rouvrent pas mais la culture vivra et certains films n’attendent pas... Alors nous revoilà avec cette nouvelle proposition: le Pink Screens sera digital, mais le Pink Screens sera!

Même si cela ne remplacera pas le plaisir de votre présence et de nos échanges, nous sommes ravi.e.s de vous proposer quelques perles de la programmation qu'on vous avait concoctée avec passion.
Nous vous donnons donc rendez-vous ONLINE du 8 au 18 avril 2021!

Cette solution, ce format, on y croit pour cette version inédite et on se retrouvera physiquement toutes et tous en novembre prochain pour la 20 ème édition du Festival PINK SCREENS, cet événement unique, queer, festif, engagé, féministe et bien sûr cinéphile.

Pour l'heure, pendant 10 jours, vous pourrez, pour un prix modique, louer et visionner les films sélectionnés aux heures qui vous conviendront le mieux sur la plateforme sooner.be. Le choix qu'on vous propose est riche et varié même si nous l'avons limité à 13 séances, 11 longs métrages et 2 séries de courts métrages.

Sinds oktober zijn alle culturele activiteiten opgeschort en zo werd ook ons geliefde Pink Screens festival uitgesteld. Dit moment van solidariteit, met en voor elkaar, werd ons afgenomen en onze collectieve kracht werd harder getroffen dan verwacht, gelukkig slechts voor een kort ogenblik want we're back!

De kans is klein dat de bioscopen in de onmiddellijke toekomst heropenen maar de culturele scène staat er nog steeds en sommige van onze films kunnen gewoon niet wachten... Dus hebben we een nieuw voorstel voor jullie: deze editie van Pink Screens gaat digitaal in plaats van helemaal niet door.

Jullie aanwezigheid is onvervangbaar maar we zijn blij jullie een paar juweeltjes voor te stellen uit het programma dat we vol passie voor jullie hadden samengesteld. Tot we elkaar terugzien, kunnen jullie ze van 8 tot 18 april 2021 online ontdekken.

Wij geloven in dit voorstel als alternatief en we kijken ernaar uit om jullie allemaal weer persoonlijk te ontmoeten in november voor de 20e verjaardag van jullie favoriete queer, feestelijk, activistisch, feministisch en zoveel meer festival voor filmliefhebbers: Pink Screens.

Tot die tijd, en om het wachten de moeite waard te maken, zal een selectie van 13 films (11 speelfilms en 2 series kortfilms) online beschikbaar zijn op Sooner. Gedurende 10 dagen, en tegen een kleine vergoeding, kunnen jullie films uit onze selectie huren en ze bekijken op een tijdstip dat jullie het beste uitkomt.

Since October, all cultural activities have been put on hold, and with them, our beloved Pink Screens festival. Having been robbed of this moment of solidarity, our collective strength was hit harder than we had anticipated – but only for a moment. We’re rallying!
Whilst there is no plan in the immediate future to reopen cinemas, the cultural scene is surviving, and some of our films simply cannot wait… So here we are again with this new proposal: this edition of the Pink Screens festival will be digital, rather than not be at all.

Whilst your presence, of course, is irreplaceable, we are happy to announce that we have picked out a few gems from the programme we had so lovingly put together for you. Until we meet again, you’ll be able to watch them online from 8th to 18th April 2021.

We believe in this proposal as an alternative, and we look forward to meeting you all again in person in November for the 20th Anniversary edition of your favourite queer, festive, activist, feminist event for film lovers – the Pink Screens festival.

Until then, and to help make the wait worthwhile, a selection of 13 sessions (11 feature films and 2 series of short films) will be made available online on Sooner. Over the course of 10 days, and for a small fee, you’ll be able to rent/buy films from our selection, and watch them at a time that suits you best.
