“I strive to be someone who desires to assist their community, and to me, community knows no bounds. My goal is simply to share love to the best of my ability, and it fills me with joy. What I despise more than anything else is hypocrisy and injustice.”

What and/or who inspires you to start your project(s), for example, Bain de sang?
“The blossoming of my passion for the stage ignited my being during my first enchanting journey in my hometown, the splendid Kinshasa. It was the beginning of a captivating adventure in the world of performance, and destiny smiled upon me by crossing paths with the artist Yannos Majesticos. This magical encounter was more than just a meeting; it was the catalyst that opened the doors of artistic expression within me, passionately inviting me to explore the alleys of collaboration between my being and my body, in the eternal quest to defend the good."

What about being a DJ and sharing your sound specifically speaks to you?
“I grew up in a large family where sharing was a fundamental lesson. I deeply appreciate the idea that some can benefit from what nourishes our souls. Music, in particular, acts as a bond that brings us together, and it's wonderful to see that sharing this harmony is a free gift, a gracious offering to our hearts."
Are there any recurring themes/issues you like to address within your work?
“Within my profession, a perpetual battle unfolds in the background. As a representative of the second generation, our evolution is ongoing, and the journey ahead remains significant. As artists, it is our duty to continue addressing crucial topics that are still evolving. Sexuality and racial discrimination persist as significant issues deeply rooted in our society. It is our responsibility, through our art, to give a voice to these ever-evolving questions."

Did or do you have any queer and/or afro role models? If so, who and why did they speak to you?
"My inspiration draws its source from the undisputed queen of pop, the remarkable Grace Jones, as she reveals herself in "Slave to the Rhythm." Her unwavering determination and indomitable strength captivated me from the very first moment."
